    Carboxy Therapy

Carboxy therapy is a non surgical aesthetic treatment that involves injecting medical grade carbon dioxide just into the epidermis of the skin. Its used mainly for:

    • Reducing cellulite
    • Stretch Marks and scars
    • Improving skin elasticity
    • Localised fat reduction
    • Increased healing of wounds

The carbon dioxide increases blood flow and stimulates collagen production by tricking the body into thinking there and oxygen shortage. The body then rushes oxygenated blood and nutrients to area to overcome the excess carbon dioxide that was injected. Carboxytherapy is normally alternated with microneedling, Fraxel Laser and deep lymphatic massage, depending on what condition is being treated.

    What Our Clients Say

I have two surgical scars down either side of my leg. After 6 months of alternating the carboxy therapy with Fraxel laser skin resurfacing the scars have softened to the extent that I am comfortable wearing shorts again
Laserderm treated my burn marks with Carboxy therapy and PDT Lights. The healing with the carboxy therapy and the lights was by far faster than the original bulk of burns that I was treated in hospital for.
After a cycle accident I was left with wounds on my leg that just would not heal. After 6 months at the wound clinic I decided to ask Laserderm if they could help. They treated me with Carboxy therapy and the PFT lights and the wounds healed within a week.
